Perfectly trained.

LBZ Echem relies on the KIPP TOP II Professional >>

The agricultural training center (LBZ) in Echem in Germany has recently started using the modern hoof trimming system Kipp Top II Professional, including a stable carrier platform and a trapping grid connection. Now, hoof trimming can be professionally taught with a professional tipping crush.

The responsible, instructors and hoof trimmers also have to get used to the new trimming system in order to be able to pass on their knowledge on to their trainees.
Therefore, the team from LBZ Echem was professionally trained in the operation and use of the Kipp Top II Professional by our employee Robert, who is responsible for demonstrations and training.

Thanks to the intuitive operating elements, the unique catching device and pushing gate, as well as the well thought-out belt system for abdomen and feet on the Kipp Top II, hoof trimming can be carried out faster, safer and more comfortably at the LBZ Echem.

In addition, the carrier platform, which is permanently installed under the hoof trimming crush, ensures that the Kipp Top II stands securely - without any carrier vehicle or floor installation. A non-slip rubber mat in the working area ensures that the keeper and the animals stand securely and comfortably when driving in and out. A stable trapping grid connection, including an integrated swing door, is connected directly to the carrier plate and thus to the hoof trimming crush, and therefore enables a stable connection to the trapping grid.

And after the hoof trimming?
The device, including the platform, can be easily picked up and moved with a pallet truck, forklift, loader or tractor.

A sophisticated accessory system, suitable for ALL current Rosensteiner tilting hoof trimming crushes, which further increases the comfort during maintenance and, above all, during the entry and exit of the cattle !
