The groundbreaking ceremony on February 22nd, 2021, with the support of the President of the Chamber of Commerce, Mrs. Doris Hummer and Regional Economic Council Mr. Markus Achleitner, was the start for our new operating facility.
On a total area of 16,650 m², we are going to set up a new, modern operating location in cooperation with the company Hartl Metall. Directly on the B122 between Sierning and Bad Hall in Upper Austria, over 2,000 m² of production and 400 m² of office space will be available for new ideas and innovations. The joint project means a total investment of almost 10 million euros. It is planned that we can move into our new facility in April 2022.
Our future project has a very innovative character due to the cooperation between two independent companies - Hartl Metall and Rosensteiner. The two companies got to know each other while looking for a suitable property, but it quickly turned out that a very similar company philosophy and values are being pursued. After several years of intensive project development and thanks to that cooperation we can use many positive synergy effects like: reduced space requirement of the total area, shared use of the central building services, infrastructure and training rooms up to the common use of welding technology or plasma cutting systems.
The new company location does not only offer more space, but is also geared towards new growth, additional jobs and efficient production and assembly processes. Accompanied by a digitalization offensive, the focus lies heavily on optimal internal and external material logistics. Thanks to the new storage capacities and the state-of-the-art production facilities, we can be even more powerful in the future.
